His industry experience spans traditional sectors like steel, automobiles, airlines, tires, electrical components, pharmaceuticals, and agro-chemicals, as well as digital sectors such as online marketplaces, food delivery apps, online accommodation providers, travel aggregators, and app-based taxi services. Ravi is experienced in handling DG investigations and CCI pleadings on both behavioral and merger control matters. He advises on risk mitigation for strategic deals and has represented clients before the CCI, NCLAT, various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. He enjoys analyzing the interplay between competition law principles and clients’ business strategies and has contributed to academic journals. Before joining the firm, Ravi was part of AZB & Partners’ competition practice and has also worked as a Senior Associate with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
When not working, Ravi lives in Lucknow enjoys the true crime genre, cooking, and sampling Lucknow’s famous street food (chaat).
