    1
We believe collaboration drives better outcomes
One person rarely has all the answers. That’s why we work alongside larger cross-functional legal teams to address competition law issues to fit into clients’ overall commercial and legal strategy.
We also routinely collaborate with the best domain experts – forensics analysts, economists, public policy professionals, and others – to use our collective knowledge and expertise to provide our clients with 360-degree solutions.
Axiom5 is where it all comes together: as a team of highly qualified individual lawyers, each a subject matter expert, we are able to provide thoughtful and holistic advice to our clients through conversation and collaboration.
    2
Our advice is designed for each client we advise
No two clients are alike – and each of our clients expects us to understand their unique business models, products and strategies before advising them on competition law issues.
We are focused on the details that make the difference, while not losing sight of the big picture.
Our experience and expertise allows us to use our knowledge of the law while designing bespoke competition strategies for each of our clients.
    3
Technology is a part of our everyday
We are curious about how technology is used to reinvent commercial strategies, and we tailor our advice to apply competition law to industries that are witnessing technological innovation and disruption.
A shared love of tech and innovation is a key driver at Axiom5 (and one of the things that brought us together as a team). This is reflected in the kind of work we do and the way we do it.
We use technology and AI tools to enhance productivity so that we’re able to advise our clients swiftly and efficiently. We’ve equipped ourselves with the most secure and efficient technology solutions to help us work seamlessly.
    4
We believe in adding value to our client’s business
We are mindful that the relationships of trust that we enjoy with our clients are hard-earned and that our value lies in providing commercially pragmatic, legally sound and timely advice.
We are committed to nurturing these long-term relationships by developing suitable fee arrangements that accommodate our clients’ legal budgets and reflect the value we bring to the business.
We’re also conscious that not all clients have the ability or the means to access competition counsel in India. We are committed to providing pro bono legal advice and representation for such clients.
    5
We believe in 360-degree growth for our team
As the contours of competition law are being re-thought worldwide, our clients expect us to think global, but act local.
Our team has experienced the development of Indian competition law from its very inception and remain abreast of global developments through academic, research & policy engagement.
This helps us deliver more holistic results for our clients and promote genuine thought leadership within the team.
