Additionally, he has been involved in steering complex transactions through the CCI’s merger review process and defended companies in gun-jumping proceedings.
His work spans a wide range of sectors, including digital markets, fintech, IT and IT-enabled services, petrochemicals, healthcare, automobiles, telecom, and private equity.
Previously a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners, Nitin has contributed to the development of competition policy through his work at the firm, which includes drafting representations to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on behalf of stakeholders, including recent work on the draft CCI regulations following the implementation of the Competition Amendment Act.
