Binit has a keen interest in the interplay between law, economics, and technology. Before joining Axiom5, Binit earned his LLM in European Masters in Law and Economics, specialising in competition Law. His thesis focused on the regulation of cartel activities in various jurisdictions.

He has worked with prominent law firms in India and South Korea, advising on regulatory compliance, taxation issues, SIAC arbitration, real estate disputes, and constitutional litigation. He has appeared before local courts in Bengaluru, the National Company Law Tribunal, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. He has also advised inter-governmental organisations on issues relating to the digital economy, international trade, and investments. Binit is particularly interested in writing, regularly contributing to academic journals and news outlets.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, reading historical fiction, tracking technological innovations and travelling the world.
